Presentations given at conferences, congresses and seminars. These are talks: they are not peer-reviewed articles, and they are never presented as such here. Peer-reviewed publications have their own page.
How to read this list
A talk is an oral presentation given before an audience of peers. Depending on the event, it may have been submitted to a selection committee, but it does not go through the review process of a journal. A talk does not become an article: where a text was in fact published afterwards, it appears among the publications, under its own reference.
The titles come for the most part from the UQAR faculty profile, where they often appear in shortened form. They may therefore differ from the exact title submitted to the event. Where a detail remains uncertain — co-authors, year of presentation — the caveat is shown under the entry rather than corrected in silence.
Distinctions are shown only where a source documents them explicitly. A few caveats and award names are recorded in French in the site’s database; they are quoted as they stand rather than translated.
